How do I know the product I'm buying will satisfy my clients?

We create and test all of our products, before releasing them for use at professional salons. We take pride in our developments over the years; we listen to technicians and their needs to create the best and most useful line of materials.

How do I make sure information on the site is secure?

We are only collecting personal information from you so we can identify you when you use our site ? therefore you should keep your username and password secure. We do not store any payment information, so every time you purchase anything you will have to enter your payment information at our secure 128 bit SSL. site.

What happens if something is backordered?

We give you two options:
1- You can pay for the items so you do not have to log back in again when they become available- we will just ship them to you
2- We will notify you via e-mail once the backordered item(s) arrive, then you can log back in and pay for them.

How long is shipping?

When you check out, there will be an option you can choose which would suite you the best.

Do I have to pay tax?

We are only collecting sales tax in New York State and only on products sold to individuals. If you are representing a salon you need to register and provide us with a valid tax-id number. Please note that some of the products will have tax liability even if you own a salon.
