Due to the nature of our products all sales are final except as listed in this policy. In case of an error on our side (shipping the wrong item) Crystal Nails USA, INC. will make every effort to resolve any disputes at its discretion. No open items will be honored for refund or exchange with the exception of:

Accessories - must be unopened
Nail clippers scissors and other tools unused.
Electronics All electronics come with a 6 month warranty and will be serviced or exchanged on an individual basis. You must provide proof of purchase and pay for shipping to our warehouse.

BACK ORDER ITEMS

You can pay for items available at time of checkout, keeping backordered items in your cart. You will be notified by us via e-mail when those items become available. You will have to log back in to our web shop to make the purchase and enter payment information.
Return postage on any return items are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Goods

Due to the nature of the type of products we ship, we must insure all packages. If you received damaged goods you must contact the shipper immediately and file a damaged goods report. We will replace the item(s) as soon as we receive verification from the shipper.

We accept all major credit and debit cards with a US or Canadian billing address. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s If you wish to pay with a company check please e-mail us at sales@crystalnails.com to set up an account. All checks have to clear our bank before we ship any products. Some checks require up to 14 business days to clear.
