1. What should I know about the Rewards Points?

Join the Crystal Nails Rewards Program and get rewards points on every purchase made online at www.crystalnails.com/webshop. You'll earn 5% back on every order. For example: you'll get 5 rewards points after a 100 USD purchase.

- You can't earn rewards points checking out as a Guest
- Rewards points will be credited a week after purchase
- Rewards points will be lost after cancelling an order

Your orders are shipped by USPS with the following options:

3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed on the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of Monday. Estimated delivery times are the following:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 business days
  • USPS First Class Mail (0 lb – 1 lb): 5-6 business days
  • Free Shipping: 5-6 business days

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $69! Merchandise total must reach $69 after all discounts and before taxes and shipping. Orders qualifying for FREE shipping promotions are shipped via Ground Shipping service. FREE shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and oversized packages.

The products are guaranteed against mechanical and electrical defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

8. What should I do with a faulty product?

During the warranty period, Elite Cosmetix USA Inc. will repair the product or replace parts free of charge if it is returned with your receipt as proof of purchase to the Central Warehouse of Elite Cosmetix USA Inc.: 715 North Drive E, Melbourne FL 32934.
